Tanzania Women Empowerment Network (TAWEN) is registered under Non-government Organisation Act 202 with Registration No:00NGO/R/2480. Women’s economic empowerment is central to realizing women’s rights and gender equality. TAWEN empower women and young girls to realize their contribution and prove economic, political and traditional equal bases in Tanzania. TAWEN understand the contribution of women and young girls in our today’s community the organization seeks to address challenges faced women engagement in economic activities in communities where there is need to transform their lives through engaging in different soci0- economic activities and improve their livelihoods
